This excellent villa is spacious and beautifully decorated to a high standard, using warm Mediterranean colours. The large, open plan living room has a formal dining area and sliding patio doors leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The separate, modern kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances. Villa Campo Verde has three stylish bedrooms with built in wardrobes and patio doors. The master suite has a double bed, a dressing area and an en suite bathroom with an overhead shower. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a shower room.
Patio doors from the living and dining area lead out to the dining terrace, a perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining, whilst taking in the breathtaking sea views and overlooking the golf course. The private, electrically heated swimming pool measures 9 x 4m and can be accessed via ladder steps and is surrounded by ample sun beds and sub-tropical plants. The garden area is romantically lit at night, creating a relaxed peaceful ambience. Due to the design of the roof terrace, small children must be supervised at all times.
It is conveniently located on the perimeter of the PGA rated Salinas Golf Course and guests have full use of its facilities. The Atlantico Centre is only a fifteen minute walk from the villa, where there is a golden beach with lagoons that are perfect for small children. The centre has a wealth of amenities, including a large supermarket, shops, restaurants, cinema and bowling alley. It is a five minute drive to the attractive marina in Caleta de Fuste, where there is another beach with a variety of water sports on offer.
