La Avenida Apartments are comfortable and modern and have been furnished to a high standard throughout.
The kitchen has a microwave oven and two hobs should you wish to prepare your own meals or snacks between visiting the fantastic restaurants on your doorstep. With wonderful sea views of Isla de Lobos and Fuerteventura in the distance the terrace offers an ideal spot to watch the world go by. Situated right on the beach you can watch the ferries arriving from Fuerteventura which is only a thirty minute jaunt on the slow ferry or a mere fifteen minutes on the high speed catamaran. A “must do” trip during your stay in the lovely Playa Blanca area.

La Avenida Apartments are in a commanding position situated right on the seafront of Playa Blanca on the southernmost tip of Lanzarote. It would be impossible to be more central to the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches in the resort. For those looking to be in the heart of the resort with great sea views you will find everything at your doorstep.
How To Get There
You can fly directly to Arrecife airport on Lanzarote from a large number of domestic airports on a daily basis. The flight time is approximately 3-4 hours depending on where you are flying from. There are flights with low cost carriers (Easyjet) and charters such as Monarch and First Choice.
Lanzarote is a compact island to travel around with a high quality road network. To make the most of your holiday on Lanzarote and to give you the best possible chance to visit the all the places worth seeing on the island we strongly recommend that you consider hiring a car.
