Villa Mimosa also has the luxury of a Jacuzzi Spa and a large, heated swimming pool with a children’s paddling pool attached. It is located in an exclusive development on the edge of the new golf course and is in walking distance to the beach.
This lovely, spacious villa is light and airy throughout and has been furnished to a high standard with many extra features to make your holiday memorable. It has an attractive, stylishly decorated living room with a dining area and patio doors to the pool. There is an independent and very well equipped, modern kitchen. The villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are three bedrooms with twin beds and a large family bathroom. All the bedrooms in the villa have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, the owners have also provided bed guards for small children. Younger guests can enjoy a Play Station system and board games and there is also a wide selection of videos DVD’s and books. Air-conditioning and heating is available in three bedrooms and the living room and can be arranged locally at an extra cost. This villa can accommodate eight people in the existing bedrooms and two children can be accommodated on fold-away beds.
Patio doors from the living room lead to the colourful, landscaped gardens and the superb 11 x 5 metre swimming pool which is entered by roman steps and has an attached children’s pool. Both the pools are electrically heated. A luxurious five seater Jacuzzi Spa is situated on the sun bathing terrace overlooking the pools and a patio dining area and barbecue complete the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday in the sun. There is a large roof terrace with views to the sea and patio furniture.
For guests staying longer than seven nights, there is a weekly maid service. Coffee, tea & water is provided for guests on arrival.
Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura golf development, the facilities of an exclusive five star hotel are on your doorstep. Within the hotel is an excellent restaurant and bar with views of the golf course. For more active guests, the entrance to an 18-hole golf course is also within this hotel. The resort of Caleta de Fuste, is a five minute drive away where guests can enjoy a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large, shallow beach, perfect for children and a picturesque marina with a selection of excellent water excursions. A shuttle bus service is available between the golf course hotel, the resort of Caleta De Fuste and the newly opened shopping mall. Two pretty lagoon beaches are a fifteen minute walk or three minutes drive from the villa. From there you can walk along the promenade into the centre of the resort or to the main beach at El Playa del Castillo. Before you reach the lagoon beaches there is an excellent new shopping mall. It has a very good choice of shops and restaurants, as well as a very large supermarket with a good variety of fresh food. There are newly opened diving and windsurfing centres on the beach at Caleta De Fuste. The villa is a 15 minute transfer from the airport by car or taxi.
