The villa is within a few minutes drive or a ten minute walk of the main resort.
The villa is bright and spacious and furnished to an extremely high standard.
It has all the facilities befitting a superior villa for the discerning guest. A large hallway opens into the lovely living room which has sloping high ceilings, a feature fireplace and two sets of patio doors leading out to the fabulous terrace. It is well furnished with comfortable leather furniture and a selection of videos and books are supplied for guests' enjoyment. An elegant dining room is off the hallway. There are three very pretty bedrooms. The master suite consists of a well appointed double bedroom with doors to the pool terrace, a walk-in wardrobe and a full bathroom. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, each of which has its own en-suite bathroom. The modern kitchen is very well equipped and has a cosy breakfast area. A large adjoining utility room contains the washing machine and has an outdoor clothes drying area.
The villa has extensive terraces with a bordered garden with colourful, sub-tropical plants. This area surrounds the fabulous, 9 x 4 metre heated swimming pool accessed by ladder steps and has a patio table and chairs, comfortable sun-loungers and an outside shower. There is also the added luxury of a private Jacuzzi spa. For al fresco entertainment there is a poolside bar with a fridge and a barbecue. This villa is not suitable for children under the age of 12 due to access to the road via the car port.
There is a weekly maid service with a mid-weekly mini clean and fresh towels are left in the villa for every day of the guests' stay.
The villa is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minute's drive or a ten minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of excellent local restaurants. The fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are nearby and it is conveniently located for touring the island.
You can fly directly to Arrecife airport on Lanzarote from a large number of domestic airports on a daily basis. The flight time is approximately 3-4 hours depending on where you are flying from. There are flights with low cost carriers (Easyjet) and charters such as Monarch and First Choice.
Lanzarote is a compact island to travel around with a high quality road network. To make the most of your holiday on Lanzarote and to give you the best possible chance to visit the all the places worth seeing on the island we strongly recommend that you consider hiring a car.
