An extremely spacious, split level terrace surrounds a large heated swimming pool and makes the property perfect for enjoying the Lanzarote sun. The bungalow is located on a prestigious development of properties which are only a short walk from the attractions of Puerto Del Carmen.
The property is light and airy throughout with very attractive furnishings and patio doors ensuring guests can enjoy the views. The open plan lounge and dining area is stylishly furnished and leads to the well equipped, contemporary kitchen. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has twin beds, stylish built-in wardrobes and en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead onto the upper terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and use of a second bathroom with full suite and overhead shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for added comfort.
The outdoor area of this property is truly outstanding. Patio doors from the lounge and master bedroom lead to the upper terrace. Patio furniture and a barbeque ensure guests can enjoy alfresco dining and watch the sunset. A few steps lead to the lower terrace and the 7.5m x 3.5m, electrically heated pool which features Roman steps for easy access. There is ample space on both the upper and lower terraces for sunbathing.
For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service.
The bungalow is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minutes drive or a ten-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of excellent local restaurants. The fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are nearby and it is conveniently located for touring the island.
You can fly directly to Arrecife airport on Lanzarote from a large number of domestic airports on a daily basis. The flight time is approximately 3-4 hours depending on where you are flying from. There are flights with low cost carriers (Easyjet) and charters such as Monarch and First Choice.
Lanzarote is a compact island to travel around with a high quality road network. To make the most of your holiday on Lanzarote and to give you the best possible chance to visit the all the places worth seeing on the island we strongly recommend that you consider hiring a car.
