This new, single storey, modern villa is attractively furnished and finished to a high standard. It has a light and airy living room, with patio doors leading to the swimming pool. There is a separate, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and there are two with twin beds and two full bathrooms. Patio doors from the pool area lead into an informal summer room which is furnished with a sofa that converts into a bed for a seventh guest.
The doors from the living room lead out to a secluded sunbathing terrace, which surrounds the 4.5x3 metre, electrically heated swimming pool. The villa is one of a group of similar villas all in their own grounds and is surrounded by high walls, for privacy. For larger groups it is possible to book more than one property.
There is a weekly maid service and a mid week towel change. The owner also provides a beach towel for each guest for use around the pool.
The villa is located a two-minute walk to the beautiful Las Cucharas beach. There are many restaurants along the beach front and from there it is a ten minute walk along the promenade into the centre of Costa Teguise, with all its many and varied facilities. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre and there is a surf school on the beach. There are supermarkets and shops nearby and it is a short drive to the island's only golf course and the nearby aqua park.
You can fly directly to Arrecife airport on Lanzarote from a large number of domestic airports on a daily basis. The flight time is approximately 3-4 hours depending on where you are flying from. There are flights with low cost carriers (Easyjet) and charters such as Monarch and First Choice.
Lanzarote is a compact island to travel around with a high quality road network. To make the most of your holiday on Lanzarote and to give you the best possible chance to visit the all the places worth seeing on the island we strongly recommend that you consider hiring a car.
