This bright and spacious villa is modern in design and comfortably furnished. It has an open plan living room with a high vaulted ceiling and a breakfast bar connecting it to the well-equipped kitchen. The villa has two attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and there is a bedroom with twin beds which has the use of a second, separate bathroom. Both of the bathrooms are large and very well appointed. Villa Julianna can accommodate 4 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under 12 on a fold-a-way bed.
An extensive, partially covered sunbathing terrace surrounds the electrically heated 7x4 metre swimming pool which is accessed by ladder steps and has a pool-side shower. Ample sunbeds are provided for soaking up the long hours of Lanzarote sunshine and there is a patio table and chairs under an awning, which overlooks the swimming pool. Together with a barbecue this area is perfect for al fresco dining. For the more energetic, nearby tennis courts which can be hired by guests staying in the villa.
For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change.
This villa is ideally located for guests wishing to be close to the beach. It is only a five minute walk to the wide Los Pocillios beach which is approximately fifteen minutes walk from the centre of Puerto del Carmen. There is a shopping centre, supermarket, bars and restaurants within a six minutes walk and there are nearby hotels, where clients can enjoy a drink, dance and watch the evenings' entertainment. Nearby tennis courts can be booked in the adjacent Riu Hotel.
You can fly directly to Arrecife airport on Lanzarote from a large number of domestic airports on a daily basis. The flight time is approximately 3-4 hours depending on where you are flying from. There are flights with low cost carriers (Easyjet) and charters such as Monarch and First Choice.
Lanzarote is a compact island to travel around with a high quality road network. To make the most of your holiday on Lanzarote and to give you the best possible chance to visit the all the places worth seeing on the island we strongly recommend that you consider hiring a car.
