Casita Bouganvilla is an attractive, traditionally designed Lanzarote villa arranged over two floors. It can comfortably sleep 4 people in the bedrooms and there is fold away child’s bed suitable for under 12s if required.
One of the features of the villa is a beautiful flower filled courtyard that is walled to provide you with total privacy. It has a built-in seating area complete with an al fresco dining suite which is shaded to create a sheltered place to relax out of the hot sunshine. In contrast to this, the upper terrace catches the sun all day and is furnished with two sunbeds, a patio table and deck chairs – perfect for sun worshippers! The terrace gives lovely views overlooking the beach and out to sea.
Entry to the villa is gained through the courtyard and leads you directly into the living room which has comfortable seating and a separate dining area. The kitchen leads off the living room and is fully equipped with everything that you need for your self-catering holiday.
Upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom, complete with en-suite shower room and patio doors which lead out onto to a terrace, with views over the beach and the sea. There is a further twin bedroom on the ground floor with another shower room.
Casita Bouganvilla is located on a small road that leads directly onto Las Cucharas beach and provides the ideal setting for those wanting close proximity to all the resorts amenities. There are restaurants and bars along the beach front and shops and supermarkets nearby. You can walk along the sea front, into the resort centre or just stay and enjoy the beach. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre and there is a windsurf school on the beach. The resort boasts many superb restaurants and shops, all of which are within walking distance of Casita Bouganvilla and it is a short drive to the island’s only golf course and the nearby aqua park. It is a twenty-minute drive to the airport and twenty five to the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen.The capital city of Arrecife, with its wide variety of shops and restaurants is a ten minute drive away and is accessable on public transport.
You can fly directly to Arrecife airport on Lanzarote from a large number of domestic airports on a daily basis. The flight time is approximately 3-4 hours depending on where you are flying from. There are flights with low cost carriers (Easyjet) and charters such as Monarch and First Choice.
Lanzarote is a compact island to travel around with a high quality road network. To make the most of your holiday on Lanzarote and to give you the best possible chance to visit the all the places worth seeing on the island we strongly recommend that you consider hiring a car.
