The villa is well-located, in a residential area close to the centre of Playa Blanca, with its excellent amenities and the port, where there is a selection of marine and fishing excursions. The hourly ferry to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura, leaves from here and offers an excellent days outing. A 15 minutes drive takes you to the magnificent, un-spoilt Papagayo beaches.

This excellent, spacious, light and airy villa has been stylishly furnished, to a very high standard. It has a large living room, with a dining area, ceiling fans and patio doors leading out to the swimming pool. There is a selection of CDs, books and DVDs. The ultra modern kitchen is equipped with top quality appliances and everything necessary for a self-catering holiday. Lemon Treee Villa has four attractive and good sized bedrooms with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to the garden. There is a further bedroom with a double bed and two with twin beds. These share a full, family bathroom.

The extensive garden, planted with indigenous, sub-tropical plants, offers an oasis of relaxing calm. The 8x4 metre, electrically heated swimming pool, has ladder steps and is surrounded by a large sun terrace, furnished with sun-beds. A built-in table and bench have been placed under a pergola, offering pleasant shade and provide an idyllic venue for al fresco dining. A separate built in chill out area provides a welcome place to sit and relax. A Canarian barbecue and a luxurious, Jacuzzi spa, with a waterfall and internal colour display, complete this holiday experience.

For guests staying longer than seven nights, there is a weekly maid service.

Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

This lovely villa is located on a development of new, luxury villas on the outskirts of Playa Blanca town centre. The resort centre is approximately 2 kilometres away, less than a 5 minute drive from the villa. The nearest beach, Playa Flamingo, is about the same distance and is extremely popular with families due to its shallow, calm nature. There is a small, local supermarket just a 5 minute walk from the villa. In recent years Playa Blanca has grown from a traditional Canarian fishing village into a fashionable tourist resort and has retained a great deal of its original character. A pretty promenade runs along the seafront and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. The amazing Papagayo beaches are only a 15 minute drive away and are famous throughout Spain for their unspoilt location, golden sands and aquamarine, clear waters. The unspoilt Canarian villages of Las Brenas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfya. The pretty harbour of Playa Blanca is the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. A water taxi is also available to take people to Papagayo beaches. The recently opened, Puerto Rubicon Marina is a 10 minute drive from the villa and is the location of many exclusive boutiques, bars and restaurants. Several excursions, including a catamaran trip depart from the Marina.

How To Get There

You can fly directly to Arrecife airport on Lanzarote from a large number of domestic airports on a daily basis. The flight time is approximately 3-4 hours depending on where you are flying from. There are flights with low cost carriers (Easyjet) and charters such as Monarch and First Choice.

Lanzarote is a compact island to travel around with a high quality road network. To make the most of your holiday on Lanzarote and to give you the best possible chance to visit the all the places worth seeing on the island we strongly recommend that you consider hiring a car.
