This is a pretty villa decorated to a high standard. The attractive living room has a picture window with lovely views, a dining area and doors to the terrace. There is a very well equipped kitchen. The villa has two bedrooms, one has a double bed, the other has twin beds. There is a full bathroom and a shower room, one is en-suite.
The villa has a large terrace surrounding the 3.5 x 6.5 metre swimming pool, with patio furniture, sunbeds and quite exceptional, panoramic views.
For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a maid service once a week.
The villa is located in the very popular Matagorda which is an area of Puerto del Carmen. Matagorda is much quieter than the centre of Puerto del Carmen, but still has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is only a five minute walk to the nearest beach where there is a pretty promenade which runs along the seafront into the main resort of Puerto del Carmen. The main golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen start approximately one kilometre away. Matagorda is a ten minute transfer from the airport.
You can fly directly to Arrecife airport on Lanzarote from a large number of domestic airports on a daily basis. The flight time is approximately 3-4 hours depending on where you are flying from. There are flights with low cost carriers (Easyjet) and charters such as Monarch and First Choice.
Lanzarote is a compact island to travel around with a high quality road network. To make the most of your holiday on Lanzarote and to give you the best possible chance to visit the all the places worth seeing on the island we strongly recommend that you consider hiring a car.
