This luxurious, modern, single storey villa is furnished to a very high standard and is extremely bright and spacious throughout. The living room has stylish leather sofas, a dining area and large sliding doors to the terrace. There is a very well equipped separate kitchen, which has a breakfast bar, patio doors to the terrace and leads to a utility room, with washing machine and a clothes drying area. The villa has three extremely attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed, wall mounted television and a luxurious en-suite bathroom, with a full suite, bath and separate shower. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, which share a family bathroom.
The patio doors from the living room and kitchen lead out to a large, two-tiered terrace, with breathtaking views. The upper level has a shaded area with patio dining furniture and a built in Canarian barbecue. The lower level has a large sunbathing terrace overlooking the private, 8x3.5 metre swimming pool, which has Roman steps. Next to this is the ultimate luxury of a 15 jet American hot spring spa Jacuzzi.
The villa is located in a peaceful, residential location, set back from the main resort and in walking distance to the old harbour, excellent restaurants, shops and beautiful golden beaches.
There is a twice-weekly maid service with linen change and the towels are changed six times a week. The owners provide a complimentary welcome, food basket including a bottle of cava.
NB: This villa prefers 7 or 14 night stays during summer months and over the Christmas and New Year. Please check the dates with us if you are unsure.
Villa Divine is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minute's drive or a ten-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of excellent local restaurants. The fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are nearby and it is conveniently located for touring the island.
You can fly directly to Arrecife airport on Lanzarote from a large number of domestic airports on a daily basis. The flight time is approximately 3-4 hours depending on where you are flying from. There are flights with low cost carriers (Easyjet) and charters such as Monarch and First Choice.
Lanzarote is a compact island to travel around with a high quality road network. To make the most of your holiday on Lanzarote and to give you the best possible chance to visit the all the places worth seeing on the island we strongly recommend that you consider hiring a car.
