The villa is ideally located in the Matagorda area of Puerto del Carmen five minute walk from the beautiful, golden beach and a large choice of restaurants, bars and shops. The centre of the resort with a wide selection of nightlife, excursions and activities for all the family is a five minute taxi ride away.
This spacious, two storey villa is stylishly furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The bright and spacious living-room has luxurious leather sofas and formal dining area. Light pours in through the large picture window which overlooks the sunbathing and alfresco dining terrace. The separate kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The villa has three attractive bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All of the bedrooms have a luxurious, modern feeling. The ground floor twin bedroom has built in wardrobes and use of a full suite bathroom. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed and a private terrace. The twin bedroom on the first floor also has a large terrace which has patio furniture and distant sea views. The two upstairs bedrooms share a large family bathroom with twin washbasins.
There is a large sunbathing terrace surrounding the electrically heated 5m x 3m swimming pool which is entered by Roman steps. Ample sunbeds and comfortable patio dining furniture make this area ideal for enjoying the sunny Lanzarote days and long warm evenings. A wooden pergola provides a pleasantly shaded area and there is a large barbecue for those who enjoy alfresco dining. On the upper floor there is a large balcony leading from the master bedroom and a further terrace which is accessed from the landing and the twin bedroom. There is patio furniture on the upper terrace which overlooks the pool and sunbathing area.
For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service.
The villa is located in the very popular, residential Matagorda area, a short distance from the centre of the main tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen. It is much less busy than the centre of the resort but still offers a good range of amenities. It is a few minutes walk to the beach and there is an excellent choice of good restaurants, bars and shops in the area. The main golden beaches and amenities of Puerto del Carmen start approximately one kilometre away. Rancho Texas wild west theme park is only a five minute drive from the villa and is very popular with younger guests. Also only a five minute drive from the villa is a world class go-karting circuit. The villa is a ten minute transfer from the airport.
You can fly directly to Arrecife airport on Lanzarote from a large number of domestic airports on a daily basis. The flight time is approximately 3-4 hours depending on where you are flying from. There are flights with low cost carriers (Easyjet) and charters such as Monarch and First Choice.
Lanzarote is a compact island to travel around with a high quality road network. To make the most of your holiday on Lanzarote and to give you the best possible chance to visit the all the places worth seeing on the island we strongly recommend that you consider hiring a car.
