This delightful villa 4 bedroom villa can comfortably sleep 8 people and is located in a very pleasant rural part of Tenerife.
The living accommodation is set over 2 levels. On level 1 there is a lounge diner, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The living accommodation on the 1st floor consists of another 2 bedrooms plus main bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are twin bedrooms and the other two are double bedrooms.
Villa Capelliana has an enormous lounge/diner furnished to a very high standard, this room has all the home comforts that you would expect from a high quality villa in Tenerife, such as a large satellite TV, DVD and Hi-fi system. The lounge also has direct access onto the outside terrace
The kitchen is a large open planned and includes an American fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher. All items such as utensils, cutlery, iron with board and toaster are included.
There is large outside living area situated within its own stunning landscaped gardens with many features and has several terraces with 180 degree views over the south of Tenerife. Also t here is a BBQ, open fire with seating. The exterior includes a table tennis table, caves, shaded pergola area with table and chairs The exterior of this property has a 9 x 4 and half metre kidney shaped pool with steps and underwater lighting that compliments and outdoor lighting of the villa. Also included are sets of garden furniture, sunbeds and hammocks.
Finca Capellania is a 200 year old recently restored Canarian farmhouse. It has breathtaking coastal views of the South of Tenerife including Los Christianos and Playa De Las Americas. It is set in a peaceful 4000 metre plot just above the pretty Spanish village of Arona with all local amenities including supermarket, chemist, post office bank a few bars and an excellent Morrocan restaurant. Yet it is only 15 minutes drive to the coast with its many beaches as well as bars, restaurants and shops and choice of recreational activities. The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. The peaceful village of Arona is just 400 metres away. While a spectacular 15 minute drive takes you to the village of Vilaflor and the beginning of Teide National Park with its cable car up the volcano and many walks. There are also famous local walks directly from the property including Roque Del Conde, the highest mountain in the South. Local excellent restaurants are just a short drive away. Watersports and theme parks are also just a short drive away.
Tenerife has 2 airports, known as North and South, with the majority of flights going to South.
You can fly from Aberdeen, Belfast, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cork, Doncaster, Dublin, Durham, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow (both airports), Humberside, Leeds, Liverpool, London (Gatwick, Stansted and Luton), Manchester, Newcastle and Norwich. These routes are traditionally served by the major charter carriers (Thomas Cook, Thomson, Monarch etc) but increasingly by low cost airlines, such as Easyjet.
With a mild climate and host of attractions, Tenerife is justifiably a visitor favourite. The island is dominated by Spain's tallest peak, Pico del Teide, at the heart of the island which forms part of the vast national park.
