This beautiful detached fully refurbished villa has been recently furnished to a high standard throughout. The owners have made a real effort to to create a a stylish and upmarket villa The living accommodation is set over 3 floors.
The ground floor consists of kitchen which includes washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, the comfortable lounge has 2 x 3 seater sofas, large flat screen television with satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player and a dining room with a large table.
On the upper level are 3 bedrooms all with blackout curtains, wardrobes, chest of drawers etc. The main bedroom consists of a double bed with an en suite. The other 2 bedrooms have patio doors leading to a large terrace with stunning sea views. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed. The main bathroom consists of a bath/shower, wc, sink and bidet.
The lower level has a games room with pool table and dart board plus a large selection of board games.
Outside the villa, the private heated pool is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and a large pergola for shade with table and chairs for 6. There is also a large BBQ outbuilding with its own toilet and kitchen facilities along with a huge brick built BBQ and table and chairs for 10. The terrace is totally private.
The owners live within 10 minutes of the villa and is available to help with any queries. This villa is regarded as one of the best in the area.
El Medano is situated in the south of Tenerife. The Villa is just 15 minutes walk to the town centre of El Medano. There is a Spar supermarket only 5 minutes walk away. The beach in El Medano is 2km long (the longest on Tenerife) and has been awarded the Blue Flag for its cleanliness and facilities. Along the beach front and around the town square you will find lots of places to eat, drink and watch the world go by. The town offers a real variety of restaurants anything from traditional Spanish tapas to some quite smart 'European' restaurants. As the town has escaped becoming too commercialised dining out can be done quite reasonably. There is a great bus service in Tenerife and you can take the bus to almost anywhere on the island from El Medano. Its just 20 minutes by car or taxi to the larger more commercialised resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos. You can have an action packed holiday visiting everything Tenerife has to offer from the well kept nature parks to the water parks or you could just relax in El Medano and enjoy everything the villa and town has to offer. El Medano is famous for wind and kite surfing. Ideal for families.
Tenerife has 2 airports, known as North and South, with the majority of flights going to South.
You can fly from Aberdeen, Belfast, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cork, Doncaster, Dublin, Durham, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow (both airports), Humberside, Leeds, Liverpool, London (Gatwick, Stansted and Luton), Manchester, Newcastle and Norwich. These routes are traditionally served by the major charter carriers (Thomas Cook, Thomson, Monarch etc) but increasingly by low cost airlines, such as Easyjet.
With a mild climate and host of attractions, Tenerife is justifiably a visitor favourite. The island is dominated by Spain's tallest peak, Pico del Teide, at the heart of the island which forms part of the vast national park.
