The villa is situated between the small Spanish town of Adeje and the charming, traditional fishing village of La Caleta, with beaches and a wide choice of good restaurants nearby. It is in the heart of prestigious Costa Adeje which has become the Canary Islands jet set destination.

Built on two levels, this prestigious three bedroom villa has been tastefully decorated in a modern style, offering everything for a wonderful holiday. The open plan living room has magnificent views of the coast with beautiful leather furnishings all of which recline, a 42 inch plasma TV screen and large patio doors leading out to the terrace, pool and garden. The dining area is also furnished in plush leather seating with spectacular views to the sea. There is a separate kitchen with modern appliances and a serving hatch through to the dining area. Also on this floor is a bedroom with en-suite, double bed and patio doors leading to the gardens and pool area. There is a separate guest cloakroom with toilet. On the upper level is the master suite with double bed and an en-suite bathroom which has a relaxing Jacuzzi bath. The master suite has its own private living room accessed through glass sliding doors and the panoramic views from both these rooms are breathtaking. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, the bottom one is a double and the top is single. Air-conditioning is provided in the living room and two of the bedrooms which is included in the villa price.

Villa Delphinium is a linked villa in the building style of southern Tenerife. It has a spectacular exterior with breathtaking, panoramic views of the sea, coast and golf course. Patio doors lead from the living room onto a terrace with comfortable seating, a large built-in barbeque and a dining area with a parasol. This is an idyllic venue in which to enjoy al fresco eating or relax in the sun while enjoying the mesmerising views. The electrically heated 5x3 metre swimming pool which is entered by integral steps and is surrounded by the latest high quality artificial lawn which provides a soft area for children to play. The villa has off road parking.

Costa Adeje, Tenerife

This prestigious villa is two minutes drive away from the picturesque fishing village of La Caleta with traditional fish restaurants, tapas bars and superior restaurants. A few minutes along the coast, the famous Bahia del Dulque hotel epitomises the luxurious feel of this area and has a beautiful sandy beach for the use of the public. There is a designer shopping centre located here and a little further along the sea promenade is the start of the long, golden sand Fanabe beach which leads all the way to Las Americas and has a huge selection of restaurants and small shops along the sea front. The old town of Adeje is a kilometre inland and still retains it’s characterful charm with old buildings and traditional restaurants. For the energetic it is the starting point for the Barranco del Infierno walking tour. Further inland is Mount Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, which has a cable car to the top and views of all the other Canarian islands. The villa is near to all sea activities, including fishing, diving, scuba diving and many boat excursions including a thirty five minute ferry sailing from Los Cristianos to the neighbouring island of La Gomera with its fabulous rain forest. For the golfer this holiday villa is on the edge of the most exclusive golf course in Tenerife, with several more golf courses within a short driving distance. The towns of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos, in the south of the island, have superb, sophisticated shopping and are the hub of the night life, with bars, discos and shows where the entertainment can continue, in some places, until breakfast! How To Get There

Tenerife has 2 airports, known as North and South, with the majority of flights going to South.

You can fly from Aberdeen, Belfast, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cork, Doncaster, Dublin, Durham, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow (both airports), Humberside, Leeds, Liverpool, London (Gatwick, Stansted and Luton), Manchester, Newcastle and Norwich. These routes are traditionally served by the major charter carriers (Thomas Cook, Thomson, Monarch etc) but increasingly by low cost airlines, such as Easyjet.
