This magnificent villa has a high standard throughout. The villa has mature gardens offering shaded areas, ideal for getting out of the sun. The large living/dinning room is furnished in hard wood furniture, with two three seater leather sofa beds, a Sony satellite TV with English speaking channels, DVD player and an exquisite dining table and chairs. There is an independent spacious kitchen which is equipped to a very high standard. There are 3 large bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes.
The large heated swimming pool is complemented by a wonderful sun terrace area equipped with sun beds, table and chairs. There is also a large built in BBQ for your enjoyment. Villa Mayfair has breathtaking views of the ocean and mountain range.

The large terrace provides both sun bathing and shaded areas during the day. 6 sun beds and large table with 8 chairs are there for your enjoyments. The villa has a well maintained mature garden with tropical trees and shrubs.
Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other areas in Tenerife. Villa Mayfair is situated in an quiet upmarket road just a 3/4 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. There is also a local money exchange and excursion shop nearby. The resort is just a 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants some in true Canarian fashion. There are a handful of local hotels nearby. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out as the nearby rank is just a 3 minute walk. The local beach itself is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc. Adeje and the new state of the arch Abama golf course complex is only a ten minute drive away. There is a nearby tennis club. Ideal for families.
Tenerife has 2 airports, known as North and South, with the majority of flights going to South.
You can fly from Aberdeen, Belfast, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cork, Doncaster, Dublin, Durham, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow (both airports), Humberside, Leeds, Liverpool, London (Gatwick, Stansted and Luton), Manchester, Newcastle and Norwich. These routes are traditionally served by the major charter carriers (Thomas Cook, Thomson, Monarch etc) but increasingly by low cost airlines, such as Easyjet.
